If your future self could send you one sentence, what do you hope it would say?
I talk to myself often, mostly reflecting on life and what I find challenging.
I would like my future self to see how much self-love to took me to survive all that I did.
It really hasn’t been easy at all and all that I do is so that my future self can have her best life.
This is what I hope she would say: “Thank you, I love you too.”
